David Ptalis

David is a development partner with Prestige Group, where he is involved in identifying, structuring, and executing real estate development opportunities. He works closely with ownership, lenders, and operating partners across the full lifecycle of projects, bringing a strategic and execution-focused approach to each investment.

David earned a BA from Rutgers University and a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law.

He resides in Boca Raton, Florida with his wife, daughter, and dog, and remains actively engaged in both his professional and philanthropic communities.
