Dennis Rodríguez

Dennis Rodriguez has over two decades of experience in commercial and residential real estate development. He serves as a Partner of Prestige Companies and as President and Managing Partner of Prestige Construction Management. His work focuses on land development, single-family rentals, multifamily projects, and mixed-use revitalization.

Since becoming a partner in 2009, he has overseen the acquisition, stabilization, and management of more than 1,000 homes across Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. He has also played a key role in the assembly, rezoning, construction, and stabilization of over 4,000 apartment units, including the Amelia District, The Trails in Miami-Dade County, and the Flagship Hialeah Race Track redevelopment.

Mr. Rodriguez holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Miami and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business Management from Florida International University.
